Shipping and Turnarounds
Turnaround Times
- All turnaround times provided by LACUSTOMPRINT.com are estimates, not guarantees. While we strive to meet or exceed these expectations, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
- The cutoff time for same-day orders is 11:00 AM PST. Orders placed by this deadline are estimated to be ready for pickup or shipping by 5:00 PM PST.
- For all other turnaround options, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM PST for that day to count toward the expected completion date. These orders are typically ready between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM PST.
- Completion times indicate when your order is ready for pickup or shipping, depending on your selection at checkout. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the turnaround time.
Shipping and Pricing
- Shipping rates are determined by the shipping carrier and are non-negotiable.
- Turnaround and shipping services are available Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Order Processing
- Order processing begins once payment is completed and all required files are confirmed to be free of issues. If payment is pending or files require correction, your order will be placed on hold until resolved.
Rush and Rush Express Services
- Rush Orders: Choosing the fastest available turnaround for a product (such as same-day service when next-day is also available) will be considered a Rush order.
- Rush Express Orders: For service that is even faster than our Rush option, please call us at (323) 990-0280 to confirm if it’s possible. For example, if you need an order the same day but are placing it after 11:00 AM, or you require an earlier pickup, Rush Express may be available for an additional fee on top of the Rush cost.
Vinyl Banners Handling
- For vinyl banners, please note the following shipping guidelines:
- Banners with a shortest side of 5 feet or less will be shipped rolled in 6" corrugated cardboard boxes.
- Banners with a shortest side longer than 5 feet will be carefully folded and shipped in square boxes.
